This year’s annual conference (LSA18) at the Loews Hotel in Chicago was the highest attended LSA event in over a decade, and it didn’t disappoint. Local and location-based marketing professionals from all corners of the space – agencies, media, tech, advertisers – gathered for the three-day conference packed with informative workshops, educational sessions and networking opportunities.
Over 50 speakers from big name brands like Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Twitter, Groupon, Walgreens, MailChimp, Yelp, Zoho, Toyota, U-Haul, Amazon and more enlightened attendees on more than 30 topics all centered around exploring “The New Local Marketplace.” (Full recaps for each session can be found here.)
Additionally, the winners of the 2018 Ad-to-Action Awards, which highlighted the best and brightest from across the local and location-based marketing industry were announced on the second day of the conference. (To view the full list of winners across all 12 categories, click here.)
