Mobile payments have made some significant strides this year. With growing consumer adoption and new options like Apple Pay, mobile payments have the opportunity to be a $540B market, according to a report from Thrive Analytics.
In my latest Marketing Land blog post, I look at the SMB opportunity with mobile payments by examining consumer perception and adoption and the implications for local retailers. Currently, only 33% of SMB’s accept mobile payments, but as adoption continues to grow, the SMB opportunity with this technology does as well.
