LSA Custom Research and Consulting Services Now Available

As part of its evolution and broadening mission LSA is now offering custom research and consulting. I’m leading the consulting effort (with multiple projects in process) and Jason Peaslee is heading up custom research. We also coordinate and work together on projects.
Among the things we’re doing and can do for members (or non-LSA members) are the following:

Many companies should be interested in our ability to survey both consumers and small businesses for much less than it would cost to go out into the market and get the same sample sizes and service from major survey firms. The markup on those surveys is typically huge. In many cases we can do it for substantially less. This is for sample sizes of 1,000 or 2,000 respondents (not 300 or 600).
Members receive discounted pricing vs. non members. But even for non-members prices will be less than other vendors in the market. We also have proprietary and third party data from a range of sources that we can bring to bear on assignments.
Beyond this our historical knowledge and perspective about location based services, SMB issues and mobile are very deep. So if you’re thinking about a project or some research to support planning, product development or marketing initiatives you should definitely talk to LSA first.
