2017 Ad-to-Action Award Winners Announced at LSA17 in San Diego

The 2017 Ad-to-Action Awards program received 172 entries across 11 categories. Finalists represented a mix of agencies, publishers, tech providers and more.
“The number of submissions and sheer caliber of the solutions pushing to further blur the lines between digital and physical channels is impressive,” said award judge Sherry Thomas-Zon, product management, mobile at Macy’s. “From engaging consumers with creative time-and-location based campaigns, to deploying rich analytics and extended personalization to in-store experiences, it was a pleasure to review such thought-provoking concepts and innovations.”
The program is intended to highlight innovation in the local marketing and advertising space and celebrate forward thinking solutions, campaigns and marketing technology. With over 90 companies participating in the program this year, winning is a major accomplishment.
“As the number of entries shows, digital marketers and advertisers are waking up to the critical importance of local and location-based marketing,” said LSA President Neg Norton. “This is our most successful award program to date, and it reflects that the industry is now on a path of continuous innovation.”
